When I first purchased the Kinglsey Hotel, I wanted to give the hotel a new makeover to make it my own. There were many designers who approached me at the time to design my dream hotel, all very professional to say the least. It wasn't until the last minute a designer called Ivan Nixon from Ivan Nixon Designs was brought to the top of a long list. His proposal was very different to any other proposal. Ivan created a design that not alone looked fantastic, but worked brilliantly and his attention to detail was second to none. He showed me that with the creative use of materials anything was possible. In The Kinglsey Hotel today you will find numerous creative ideas that you won't see anywhere else. Ivan and his team project managed and worked very closely with the contractors on site from start to finish. I found Ivan and his team a pleasure to work with, he was always at hand if I had any questions to ask. If I require a designer in the future I would have no hesitation in using the services of Ivan Nixon Designs. Ivan Nixon designed The Brook Inn in 2015. This project was crucial for our business as we had not revamped The Brook Inn in 17 years. Ivan listened to our brief and came back with an incredible and unique design. We were unsure of one part of the design and Ivan came back with a new drawing the very next day.
